South London Psychology is an independent psychological therapy practice run by clinical psychologists. Based in south London, but currently working online, we offer assessments and evidence based psychological therapies for individuals, couples and families and have specialism in working with children, teenagers, adults and families.
We are a team of like-minded clinicians that share an ethos of compassion and the importance of getting to know the person or family we are working with to deliver a truly individualised and person-centred approach. We believe you are the expert of your own experience, and we can use our knowledge and expertise to be alongside you whilst you navigate challenging life events and a range of mental health difficulties.
We have doctorate-level qualifications and are registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). We have extensive on-the-job experience, having worked in a variety of NHS settings including, but not limited to, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), inpatient forensic settings, adult and paediatric psychological health services and Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT). Our training and experience allows us to form a comprehensive treatment plan with you using a large range of interventions from Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to Attachment Based Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
We invite you to get in touch to talk more about how we can help. Whether you or a loved one is struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, or adjustment to a significant life event, we’re here to help you to make sense of it all and navigate a path forward.
